BY ROAD
Ahmedabad has a well-developed road network, and it is connected to nearby cities and states via national highways. The city is accessible by bus from major cities in Gujarat, as well as from neighboring states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. Private and state-run buses operate regular services to and from Ahmedabad. If you are driving, you can reach Ahmedabad via National Highways like NH 8, NH 48, and NH 147, depending on your starting point.

Ahmedabad Junction (station code: ADI) is a major railway station and a key hub in Western India. It is well-connected by trains from various parts of the country, including major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Several long-distance trains like the Shatabdi Express and Rajdhani Express also connect Ahmedabad to other major cities. The station is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to access local transportation options such as taxis, auto-rickshaws, and buses.
